Surrender to the lessons you are meant to learn
Do you often feel like you keep repeating the same patterns, attracting the same kind of people into your life, choosing the ‘wrong’ jobs and things? Well, then there is probably something you are meant to learn. And you probably need to look at your Saturn placements 🪐
Saturn is the planet of karma, lessons, discipline, structure, and boundaries. Saturn is determined to have us learn about life (often) the hard way. You can’t graduate from these hardships unless you surrender to the lessons you are meant to learn, you gotta get down in the mud and face them. If not? Yep, you guessed it, the same patterns will keep repeating themselves.

My Saturn lessons
🪐 In Astrology, I have Saturn in my second house (money, income, resources, self-worth), and my Saturn return was all about self-worth. And I failed pretty bad. The same patterns kept repeating themselves for years until I finally acknowledged that I was the problem. Meeting the same kind of emotionally unavailable guys, not finding fulfilment in my work or friendships was bc of my lack of self esteem and having poor boundaries. I let the outside world dictate my self-worth.
🪐 In Human Design, I have Saturn in Gate 4 (Formulization) and Gate 29 (Perseverance). I have learned hard lessons around chasing answers through perceived ‘logic.’ I have learned hard lessons around committing to things or people that aren’t right for me (doing them half-heartedly or not at all).
I have done some serious shadow work around my Saturn placement for many years now and I can always catch myself just before I am about to repeat a pattern. Actually, to be honest, sometimes I don’t catch myself immediately because I am human and sometimes I fall into the trap too. But even when that happens, I see my patterns, I am aware go them, and next time I try to do better.
