We want to be part of a movement that focuses on living truthfully, that wants you to do work that you love which feels fulfilling and is based on your gifts, talents, and passions (instead of trying to fit in or trying to be better at something that doesn’t come naturally to you).
We also know that there is more to a career than just work. You need a lifestyle that supports your work life and vice versa. It’s the (in)famous work-life balance. By consciously creating the life that you want, you won’t need to have any regrets like the above quote.
We all have a choice, we all have potential. You just have to decide what you want to do with the time you have.
WE BELIEVE EVERYONE CAN DO WORK THAT THEY LOVE AND CREATE A CAREER BASED ON PASSION, TALENT, SKILLS, AND NEEDS.

We have a non-traditional approach to career and business because we don’t believe in one size fits all (like a 5-step universal program towards success). We also don’t believe in hustle culture, that we need to burn ourselves to the ground in order to be successful.
We use the unconventional yet powerful tools of Human Design, Astrology, and the Gene Keys to support you. They will provide very real and specific details about you, your gifts and what you personally need to thrive in your career and business.
In order to do so, you need to be clear about who you are. You need to stop looking at what everyone else is doing because whatever works for others will most likely not work for you.
We believe in a strength-led and soulful career. We call it differentiation because you are unique and that is your power.
LIFE IS NOT ALL ABOUT CAREER
Creating a conscious career means prioritizing more than just work. It means prioritizing your overall wellbeing. It means prioritizing what gives you energy.
A life only focused on work will leave you feeling depleted. A life without meaningful work will have the same effect. It is a balancing act, the famous work-life balance. You really can’t have one without the other, it’s just not sustainable.
Having a meaningful career also means having the time (and energy) to spend your afternoons playing with your kids or hang out with friends or take that pilates class. It’s having time to indulge in your hobbies instead of spending 12 hours a day in the office.
